The Faculty of Physician Associates has now closed in December 2024 giving way to self-governance as a professional body to wit enact their own ethical guidelines and increase authority to develop their scope of service under College of Medical Associate Professions (CMAP). comprising of Physician Associates, Anaesthesia Associates and Surgical Practitioners.
